Business Sales – Account Rep (Par-time and Full-time)
With potential to develop into more specialized areas in the near future, The Business Sales-Account Rep position is for the individual who is passionate in account and business development, prospecting business opportunities, managing entire sales process, deal negotiation and customer services in the Hosting and website filed. The daily tasks include calling the warm leads, engaging the sales cycle and projects, and calling the accounts and market research for new business. We have a few openings in this position for sophomore or junior students in business major from reputable 4-year universities. This is a great opportunity to gain international experience in B2B sales, customer services and account management in Hosting and website design. We are only seeking those who want to make a difference and with the necessary enthusiasm make a real impact into their own careers. Foreign language capability is a must. The position offers flexible working hours, depending on the territories assigned.
Graphic / Website Designer
DST is looking for dynamic and innovative front-end Graphic/Website Designers to assist our team with the development of creative projects including web sites, website templates, website content, user interfaces (UI), banner advertisements, as well as different forms of printed collateral/advertisements for our various brands.
They must originate new concepts, strategies, and innovative approaches to develop inspired web-based visual designs that are compelling, functional, and effectively promote the respective brand.
You must have experience working in a fast-paced, problem-solving team environment with the ability to come up with creative ideas on the spot. While interacting with management and developers, you must be able to effectively develop projects within tight deadlines.
IMPORTANT: Candidate must supply in-depth portfolio of work.
Responsibilities:
- Website Design
- User Interface (UI)/Control Panel Design
- Website Banner Design
- Print Advertisements
- Additional design tasks as needed for the company
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in web/graphic design
- Expert knowledge and proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Fireworks
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Indesign
- In-depth knowledge of modern design techniques and practices:
- Layout
- Color
- Imagery
- User Experience and Interactivity
- Typography
- Iconography
- Candidate must supply in-depth portfolio of work
- Conversion Optimization & User-Testing experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of CSS, XHTML, Javacript is mandatory
- Deliver exceptional designs within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with direct accountability for highly creative standards
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to design for both web and print

Related subjects such as economics, finance, IT, legal are also desirable as is a multicultural background and multi-lingual capability.
